Refund policy

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted on printed or digital patterns. PDF patterns and printed patterns are separate products and are not interchangeable.

Digital patterns (PDF): By checking the box at checkout, you request immediate delivery of your download and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal that may apply in your region, including the EU. Once your download is delivered, the order cannot be returned or refunded.

If you accidentally purchased a duplicate pattern, I'm happy to offer a refund or swap it for a different pattern of equal value within 30 days of purchase. Email meghan@apieceofquietquilts.com for assistance.

Printed patterns: Printed patterns ship within the US only. If your printed pattern arrives damaged or defective, email me at meghan@apieceofquietquilts.com and I'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
